you are right!
sometimes, even if you know you really need to hear it!a few years ago everything went so fast, now i m working twice but nothing happens 4 month,and finally when i may would star see results i give up.
i mean i gave up Wink even if i missed my short term goal there is still my 2. goal i will work 4.
maybe, half way when i m brave enough i ll post some pics ( if i m brave enough to get "permission of my husband Grin)

    Remember that weight loss is about proper nutrition. Cardio and exercise can support it, but it is 99% about the right nutrition. If you can't always motivate yourself for exercising at least stick to good nutrition and you will still lose weight.
