I know one reason why I like to watch her videos, but there are too many kids on this forum to comment on that. Smiley

(TRIVIA: she used to be a porn star)

I mean, don't get me wrong: she does have an awesome body. And her exercises are not all that bad.

However, point of bodybuilding is to get maximum results in the shortest amount of time. It's all about efficiency. Her workouts on the other hand are just random movements that are designed to randomly exercise random muscle groups. That kind of approach takes a lot more time to take effect compared to a well-rounded consistent routine.

Also, by doing these exercises joints can sometimes get overly exposed to stress, making you more prone to injuries.

I respect her gorgeous body regardless of porn star history or whatever.

But then, I'm not found of her workouts. They maybe efficient way to burn your fat but the movements are so fact, banging and jumping. Prone to injury  Angry

And then she got a implant breasts, which she herself admits. Now do you really want to look like her?

Aggreed completely, she is mainly out there for money. I mean most of her icons are just her in sexual poses that attracts the male easily, thus creating more views, they are more likely to comment about how "hot" she is and give "thumbs up" to her videos and probably "favourite" making her alot of money. Also some of her video titles are like "sexy pullups" or something which is just stupid...

And yes as others have said most of her videos are just stupid and unefficient. Random workouts with no way to track... It really pisses me off. Dont give a shit about how "hot" she may be, i would gladly slap her other cheek 1000 times. Why? Giving horrible form to people of the internet... Yeah she shows off her body but thats her choice, but i hate that her form is horrible.

This strikes me more as being titilation for men rather than a serious workot for women. Yes, her body looks toned but come on, there's much better advice out there for both genders.

Yeah exactly... what woman who's serious about working out would want this? Also the fake boobs are so :/ to me... I hate to rage on about something like women's self esteem getting all out of whack by the fashion people or what have you but ... blerg. Big fake boobs. :|

So to answer "who wouldn't want to look like her?" Anyone who wouldn't want to look fake. This is a forum for *NATURAL* fitness and bodybuilding as far as I knew.. nothin' natural about plastic surgery. I wouldn't wanna see links to YT videos of people who were obviously on steroids and I wouldn't wanna see this.

Say what you will, have your own opinions and so forth. I just had to express mine... in the thought that maybe some, maybe even a young teenage woman is looking at this site, wondering about fitness and then gets the impression that this is the paragon...? Sorry, but it ain't.

I would much rather have a partner with a nice body and great fitness but a NATURAL body, no steroids... and for women it should be the same. Ladies, you do *not* need plastic surgery.

I'm not into internet pissing contests so I won't reply further. I've said my piece ><

She was also hot before the boob-job. Also, why wouldn't women want to look like that? XD (I mean besides the fake breasts)

I'm subscribed to her, not because I care about her fitness advise, but because she is hot, she amuses me and I am a fan of her previous work.

I will back in the day, her "photo shoots" were quite amusing to me. I would not even call them sexy most of the time. They were just bizarre, avant garde and quite unusual. Like she just tackled the clothes rack of a wardrobe department, had a makeup lady throw make up at her, then tore most of it off and went in front of the camera.

Also nothing wrong with implants, if a woman wants them, they make her happy and has properly thought about it then it's all good. Bosoms are great one way or another.

She has the force in her side...I like the force.

Her evil little plan is to atract male audience with workout videos to her other videos...it works with me hahahahaha.

As for workouts for women. I remember Jack Lalanne's old tv programs being made pretty much for mothers at home. Many of them had good advise and can be easily found today.

I just started P90x (I am 2 months postpartum) and love it!!! I am gradually adding back run/walking 3x per week as well. I love the strength training on the P90x and that you can do it at home. It is way better than I ever did at the gym and I cant take little guy to childcare at the gym until he is 3 months old. I am following the P90x schedule but it is easily adaptable to fit running in. For example. I dont relaly like yoga, but I try to do some of that dvd and find that if I do it before running it relaly loosens me up! They have cardio workouts too, which I try to squeeze in wince I have a ton of weight to lose, but you could skip them for running (although the Plyo dvd would probably benefit you) I have heard from a lot of runners that P90x helped them run faster and stronger and even after just 2 weeks I feel more toned and stronger! You may put on muscle at first but you will start to feel more toned right away. Anyways, you can check Craigslist, Ebay, or borrow a set from somebody if you dont want to shell out the $140. That is what I did.
