Ok there is a girl i know who is 5'8 an 110 pounds, she plays Basketball 4 times a week and for over 2 hours at a time most of the time. She said she eats like a horse, but has still lost weight, and wanted to know what to do to gain it back. Please help, i have a couple of suggestions in mind already, but i want to be very sure about this before i inform her of what to do. Thanks in advance.

Well it could be a few things first

She could be eating like a Healthy horse. Because when i used to be a couch potato i thaught i used to eat allot. Until i started my diet then i seen what really eating allot means. Because everything is low calorie and high quantity annd high fiber keeps you stuffed lol. I still find it hard to get my 2700 cals in a day. Sometimes i even eat under my BMR which is very very bad but i find it hard to eat that much.

But thats if she is eating healthy IF she is eating junk she could be still eating under her TDEE. This means that you can lose weight eating junk as long as you eat in moderation. Also she burns allot of calories too thus she can eat more.

She should first probably get a check-up from a doctor to make sure there isn't a medical reason for her weight loss.

If she's fine, physically, no medical conditions, then just encourage her to eat higher calorie foods that are good for her. Healthy fats, like nuts, and whole milk and cheese, etc. And as Sufy said, she needs to be sure she actually is eating "a lot".

forget body weight, that doesn't matter, unless she weighs 90lbs at 6 feet tall.  what's important is fat tissue percentage.  if she has over 12%, she's fine.
