Hi im nouran its my first time to be here on this website

I've been lately researching on exercises aiming the region behind our ribcage where it sometimes get loose and ugly wen u look at it from the back. I had a back surgery (scoliosis) when i was 12 and now im 18 so it affected my back a little. So how do I get that area straight and free of loose skin.
First of all i gotta say im skinny. Im 166 cm and weigh 58 kgs. (by the way i used to be 52 kgs) i started gaining weigh slowly as I became diabetic in the past year and insuline injections somehow helped me gain a little weight which is good because i was underweight.

However my back looks ugly especially that specific area...i dont even know what that area is meant to be called...i circled it the picture attached. I just want someone especially scooby to tell me what exercises do i need to do.

If there's anything i wasnt specifically clear about please inform me and i will reply as soon as possible...

I appreciate your help

Nouran, if there is loose skin six years after the surgery there may be little you can do about it beside having a surgery that removes the excess skin.

ok lemme make myself a little more clear
ok its not excess skin like u said. Infact they had to remove some skin nd make it tighter that it used to quite annoy me when i cough or laugh or breathe forcefully because the skin couldn't stretch much

Anyways im all fine now i can do whatever i want it jus left a scar
however as i mentioned b4 im REALY thin but i dont get why i look like i got back fat i guess its due to lack of exercise in the past years plus that surgery that caused one side to look a little worse that the other side ( it looks like skin is folded on one another like in the pic) due to the curving of my spine to one side.

You can see i attached another pic that looks very very much like the one i have

How can i overcome that is it by exercise or wut exactly?? please help me
