My Questions for you-
Is there a pill that isnt steroids but does the same stuff?
Creatine or how ever you spell it?
Will you make me out a workout plan to do daily?
Will you also make me a diet (high protein) for at least two weeks? Snacks, drinks, breakfast, lunch, dinner
What not to eat and what to eat a lot of?
What about the depo shot(Birth control) to gain weight or at least keep my breasts?
Vitamins and shakes?

-Creatine is a useful tool in the kit of building muscle and, more importantly in your case, gaining weight. Creatine causes water retention, along with aiding other anaerobic activities such as wrestling/weightlifting. Creatine monohydrate is dirt cheap, and could assist you, but you could do it naturally too
-Daily workout plan? I could give you a good all-around weight lifting routine, but there are circuit training options that wrestlers have already made which are supposed to be quite effective.
-Diet is the easiest part to address, though it can be the hardest to stick to. If you're looking to gain weight and get into the 106 class, eat lots of whole eggs, milk, meat (fish, poultry, beef), lots of veggies and fruits. Eat clean, and eat LOTS.
-From what I understand, birth control will cause a bit of water retention, which will increase your bodyweight and cause slight swelling in the breasts. If you're trying to gain weight (fat and muscle), you won't have to worry about your breasts shrinking anyway, though.
-Extra vitamins/protein shakes are altogether unnecessary if you stick your diet (see two points above). Just focus on eating a good variety of vegetables, fruits, meat and dairy and you'll be golden.
