You can't "replace" it. It's just something for beginners that can't do a pull-up yet.

Also, I see a lot of unintentionally bad advice here. The advices themselves are applicable to "most situations", but people here seem to forget/ignore that the nature of your problem is unconventional.

The advice they gave you is meant for removing bra fat caused by obesity or muscle underdevelopment. However, your bra fat, like you stated, is actually a DEFORMATION caused by a surgery, therefore your approach should be different.

Now the question is, how to get rid of that deformation?

Well, two things I can advise you to try. First is the same everyone else did: develop your latissimus dorsi (upper back) muscles. This might create pressure on the deformation, and "spread out" the fat better throughout your back. There is no need to lose any more weight, since I doubt that would influence the development of your problem.

Secondly, if you are really self-conscious about this, you can try liposuction. This, however, is not a cheap solution, but it is the only effective one I can recommend.

But, if you ask me, all of this in unnecessary. Like you said, you would have a perfect body without the bra fat. Are you sure about that? If I were a betting man, I would say that you would just find another thing to not like about yourself. I think it's your perception that needs to be corrected, not your body. Smiley

However you wish to proceed, I wish you all the best!

Ok i been working now for few days and Im sort of confused how many sets of exercises shud i b doing daily? Is it bad if i do like 3 sets of four or five( or more )different back exercises? would that be over working out?
Im jus working out really really really hard. Today i spent more than an hour just doing cardio nd lifting light weights nd doing resistance band exercises.
Doing more sets than the ones written on scooby's beginner page is bad or good? Since im a beginner. I jus wana speed up my muscle growth.

    replying to HOUSE MD's post:
thanks a lot for the reply 1st of all...its true im not fat nd never was fat in fact all my life i was always that skinny girl that every1 envy. At some point i was underweight...now i gained 7 kgs after I became diabetic last year. after gaining the 7 kgs u can say im thin but not as thin as b4.
Im very satisfied cuz i still look in shape from outside. But without clothes (or in bikini) the whole picture is diffrent with the ugly bra fat. Im trying to build muscle in that area...perhaps more cardio and more back exercises everyday for a couple months would make a change?

I wont be looking for another thing to not be satisfied about and i mean it when i say without bra fat my body wud b perfect...thank u

I just looked up scooby's website and found something about over training however to save all the worries im following his beginner work out plan on this link:
    http://www.scoobysworkshop.com/schedbeginning.htm

Also i found some great resistance training on youtube, will add them to the workout...Im going to post 3 videos for those who r interested but plz tell me all wut u think?

MY FIRST GOAL...Working out every other day (mostly on my back)...in between working out days i will be doing just cardio for 20 mins.

What i dont understand is that Scooby mentions for beginners to give every muscle around 3 days so it recover nd work out another different muscle. So does that mean if i did back muscle exercises today that only after 3 days i work them out again? Isnt one day of recovery enough? since im only lifting 2 kg weights??

Thankx all 4 helping...if anyone knows how we can contact scooby straight then ill b more than happy.

I'm think it has to do with training intensity. For example, my triceps have been aching badly for quite a bit now, so I will give them a few days of rest to make sure they recover and don't get over trained.
