Now, I want some sincere input from the ladies, yet if the dudes have some good info, fire off in the comments!
Here's the deal: I met a girl at the gym that thought I was some personal trainer or at least an expert... unfortunately I am not

, yet couldn't let such an opportunity walk away

. She is asking me to help her tone up and get some definition. In my opinion, she is just perfect the way she is, but she still insists that she need help. As I found out, she used to be a volleyball player for several years, but now stopped and put on a measly couple of kilos. So... she's at the gym but does not know where to start. I want some
PERSONAL advice on a good intermediate workout routine that is:
1. a full body routine, with a slight emphasis on mid section & legs that is meant for getting definition, not weight loss
2. uses basic equipment or body weight (no BOWFLEXES, etc.)
3. meant to be done 3-4 times a week
4. FUN, or at least enjoyableI know there are plenty posts and sources online for women's training. That is my problem: THERE IS JUST TOO MUCH! I want something that you ladies liked and had good success with.
Please do not just link me to videos and workouts that you have never tried or seen done in person, I am just as much an expert at Google search

If any guy happens to read this post and has worked out with his girl, please feel free to post the workout if it meets my strict demands
