I'm getting ready to go to a 5 day split.  Looking for a good alternate workout for back day, that's geared for women.  Suggestions?

What works for men works just as well for women. My personal favorites for back are pullups and deadlifts!

I agree w/ Goldie...in fact I would argue that those are the 2 most important exercises one could do.  If I could choose only 4 lifts to do they would be deadlift, pull ups, upright rows, and bent over rows--and those are all back/shoulder exercises!

Thanks!  I asked about being geared toward women because usually men tend toward lats and women focus more on the entire back.   Cheesy
