Get her to eat. Simple as that. If she has a eating disorder get help but the simplest solution is to get her to eat above her tdee.

Well she isn't trying to lose weight now is she? Also no such thing as spot fat removal.

Make your own weight gainer. It is basically 2 scoops protein power, 1 serving whole grain rolled oats, 2 scoops peanut butter, 1 to 2 cups whole milk and a banana. Just put it in the blender and drink up. It taste alot better than it sounds.

If you have concerns regarding your sisters health, talk to your doctor not an online forum. I can't stress this enough. To perhaps put your mind at rest until then, the first question to ask is how old she is; your sisters BMI is 15.9. In an adult, this would be classed as severly underweight. If she is under the age of 14, then she's probably just at the low end of normal - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Body_mass_index.I agree with autodafe, just telling her to eat more isnt going to help at all. The normal state of humans is to eat till they pop, I would suggest finding a way to get her to the doctor for a routine physical and ask her to talk about her bodyweight with the doctor - better yet, go with her to the doctor. I always recommend that people take a close friend or family member with them to the doctor.

I just wanna say as a woman and an eating disorder sufferer (not saying your sister has a mental issue) please go about this gently! Don't be harsh or force her.
