I have lost 147 pounds following a low carb diet for the first 6 months when I was basically a slug and eating pure fat and low carbs. I started working out with a trainer, 3 x week, then I do 2 more strength trainings a week on my own, and jogging 5K-3 times a week and needed to add carbs back in so I turned to Tom's BFFM plan, I lost weight more slowly but as of late am gaining a pound here and there and have upped the intensity of my workouts, I am getting married 10/5 and I have not weighed less than 200 pounds since I was 13, I will be 43 next week, so I realize its all lovely, but for me getting under 200 pounds by the wedding is a huge milestone and one that I want to meet. I don't know what to do, cut calories, try to do even more exercise, carb cycling, I am still extremely carb sensitive, a ratio of 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% fat was netting me about a .8 loss per week over the last 2 months, I feel great and satisfied eating that way and it gives me hope going forward, but now I want to lose this weight without going too low carb again and then gaining 10 pounds as soon as we depart for our Vegas wedding. A small increase of carbs blows me up even though I drink over a gallon of water per day! I am a slave to nutrition I track everything that goes into my mouth, everything gets counted so I am not afraid of dietary changes, I am tired from exercising, I wear myself out, carrying over 350 pounds on my frame all those years has worn me out. So I have 3 weeks to meet a goal, and then get back to losing at a normal rate, I just have myself in such a tizzy I dont know what to do at this point?

?
Thank you!!!!
