People help if you can. Im 16 about 6'3 195lbs and i have been doing simple workouts push up, sit ups, etc. and i have a weird issue. From doing the push ups regularly the only part that changes is my outer peck area, which leaves me inner chest looking flat. basically my chest looks like to hills with a valley in the middle and i don't know what to do to change this. is there a push up variation that i can do to work the inner chest? Is it because of my size i just have to wait until me upper body fills out more? i don't have the money to get any types of weights to use so if anyone can help it would be much appreciated!

the inner chest is pretty hard to grow

u cant target the inner chest tho...

keep doing push-ups and bench presses and eventually the inner part will fill out

By regularly, do you mean everyday?

If yes, you may achieve more by not doing so everyday, like three times a week, because doing so will allow your body to rest and recover.  Smiley

You may always try to make sure that your last rep in your last set is to the point where you're having trouble finishing it.  Just make sure you're doing not more than 20 reps - at this point it's a better idea to add weight. Smiley

Don't worry about it! At 16 your body is still growing and changing shape. My upper body looked quite different at 20 compared to at 16 nonetheless. Keep working out and search the forum, there are a lot of options for bodyweight exercises to be found here with information on nutrition and rest etc.. Eventually, your body will look just fine Smiley

    take care

It'll be like that for awhile.  Don't worry about shaping your chest, just keep doing the workouts and eventually your muscles will make themselves at home in your inner chest.  I'm a big pushup fan, heck, I don't bench press so pushups are the next best thing.  Try clapping pushups for a few weeks, that will help you do more reps for pushups, then do 3 sets of as many pushups as you can do every other day.  After a month or so, take a week off to let your body completely heal.  You should see results in reps and strength, and over time youll pack on more meat.

Then again, some do. I had my last growth spurt at almost 18 years of age, grew almost 10cm in a year. Ended up at only 190cm though.
