Hi, to all the ladies here, sorry to invader the women's fitness but this is for my Girlfriend, who is by no means fat. she is shorter and i quote her has a "chubby belly" I beleive she wouldnt mind having  Pretty sure she wouldnt mind this or something half way close. unfortunetly I my self dont know how to help her. also she doesnt like doing thing in public ie running jogging. (think cause of confidence/ fear of looking silly) we dont have a tredmill nor can we afford one. what can she do to get that slim flat stomach? Thank you ladies and again sry for the invasion

What works for guys works for girls just the same. She needs to look at her nutrition ---> Scooby's Nutrition Page and do cardio. Here are some ideas for indoor cardio she can do privately ---> Indoor and Limited Space Cardio.

you can train with her at home with basic things you can do in the backyard (where she is hidden from the world) but diet and cardio are equally important.
I train with my GF and we do plenty of body weight exercises, suicides (10 metre increments with a body weight exercise at each cone) 4 cones in total prob not in a back yard though, but stuff like that. Burpees, star jumps, box jumps, set ups. But by being too scared to train outside limits it a fair bit.
I spose if the backyard/room thing doesnt work your gonna have to tell her to weigh up the options. feeling like your silly (not looking it) or not having the stomach you WANT. That should make it easier! lol

I was scrolling down to just to say you have a hot girlfriend and was thinking about what else to say haha.
I think she should feel encouraged to go out and run. Nobody will think she's silly. Rather, people seem to envy when they see someone working out and wish they were as motivated. It will boost her confidence to do things in public. I myself was a shy person but started running at a park, then got used to it. She can do it. Jog with her and she'll feel more comfortable.

Box jump rope for 5 reasones: 1.- cheaper than any machine. 2.- disturbingly good cardio. 3.- HIIT. 4.- fun as hell. 5.- builds up your resistance in very little time. Go from 30 mins daily to one hour. Don't overdo it, you can get tendinitis, so one hour max.

With regards the confidence thing, I used to feel some what the same, but tell her if anyone was to say to her what are you doing here your not in shape, she should tell them to fcuk off that's exactly why she is there.
