
I'd like to hear from girls. Do you do plate weight workouts or body weight workouts? I used to be a firm believer of body weight as not many girls wish to be massive but rather lean with slim muscles.
Then I have learned that lifting heavy weight doesn't necessarily make you massive. It's almost impossible for girls to be massive and big.
And lifting heavy does help to lose body fat very efficiently.
But then, body weight workouts do have lot of benefits and it's not 100% necessary to buy plates either. Rather a matter of convenience and choice.
It's like wheels of a bicycle and cannot be separated but I'd like to hear your opinions.
Me? I lift very heavily lately and am getting good results. So I do recommend you to buy plates if you have money
But there are plenty of work around, too.
