Girls, please help me help my girlfriend. She's been going on about "toning" certain parts of her body but I'm pretty sure that she will go for a proper workout routine if I were to get one for her. I searched around here but could not find a suitable workout routine for here, does anyone have any sample workout plans for a girl ? If you need more details please do let me know and I will post back.

As Ectoplasm said above, pretty much what works for men works for women. If she wants to lose fat or cellulite, emphasize cardio. If she wants to gain some muscle (even if all she says is "tone"), emphasize weights.
Evil's beginner workout or the beginner workout in Wolf's "21 Workout Routines" (in Excellent Postings section) are good choices.

Thanks both of you. So I will point her towards those posts and make her pick a routine she likes. She's not fat at all, there is hardly any skin to pull out to check her body fat lol.
