I like the women's dumbell workout. For beginners, men, just add chinups.
Concerns.
10 minute burpees? haha, good luck if you're not fit. I think this should be addressed where a beginner version is introduced, like intervals.
5 minute pushups? this is not easy.
Still, I like it better than the beginner workout. I think guys will find it challenging.
